Terms of Service
Effective June 18, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Estura desktop application and the estura.ai website. By installing or using Estura, you agree to them. This agreement is between you and the operator of Estura — not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
What Estura is
Estura is a desktop application for AI multimodal creation on an infinite canvas. It is bring-your-own-key: to generate, you supply your own API key(s) for a third-party model provider, and you pay that provider directly for the generations you run. Estura is the tool; it is not a model provider and does not resell generation credits.
Your license
Estura is licensed to you, not sold. When you unlock Estura through the Mac App Store, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Mac devices you own or control. Please don't share your access, resell it, or redistribute the app.
Your purchase grants the full app as described at the time you buy — currently a one-time in-app purchase that includes all 1.x updates. New, separately-priced capabilities introduced in future major versions are not automatically included unless stated.
Purchases, trial, and refunds
Purchases are made through the Mac App Store and are processed by Apple. Apple handles payment, applicable taxes, and refund requests according to their App Store policies.
Estura includes a free 14-day trial. The trial runs entirely on your device — no account and no payment information are required. The clock starts the first time you press Start inside the app.
If Estura isn't for you, you can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple.
Third-party providers
Estura is a client tool. When you add an API key, your prompts and content go directly from your Mac to that provider's servers — Estura does not route, log, or store them.
You are responsible for complying with each provider's terms and usage policies, for the prompts and content you create, and for any usage fees your provider charges.
Estura is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of any third-party AI provider.
Your content and conduct
Anything you create with Estura is yours. Don't use Estura for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate the rights of others or the policies of the model providers you connect.
Warranty & liability
Estura is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AI model outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected; you are responsible for reviewing what you generate before relying on or publishing it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Estura is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
If Estura fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and request a refund through the Mac App Store; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
